Tora the adopted sister of Mika has come to live with Mika after the trial agenst the man whom had killed their mother and kidnapped Tora ended. the Man Jose Saldana is now in jail for life and Mika hopes in giving Tora a better life. However Tora was raised up in the streets, and is classified as an "troubled youth" known to get into trouble. Tora is still heavily tied to her gang life. When Raizo returns to Mika in hopes of her helping him fit into the new (normal) world he is attacked by Tora who thinks he is a robber, Raizo almost kills tora when Mika arrives home. Mika allows Raizo to stay with them as long as he mentors Tora and helps keep her out of trouble. Tora is rough around the edges and has no respect for authority and will talk back, she thinks she is tough because she can street fight, but she isn't as strong as she comes off to be.

After the events of the movie she took in her adoptive little sister in hopes of breaking the "troubled youth" stereotype that her sister holds. Raizo returns and mika works out a deal that if he watches out for Tora and teaches her respect that he can stay with them until he can figure out his own way in the world.

Kosa was apart of the Ozunu Ninja clan his ranking was far under Raizo's. when Raizo put an end to the Clan by killing lord Ozunu Kosa fled from the other ninja clans to live life with peace as the "average joe" He works as a pizza delivery man and is an major gamer. He refuses to fight again, but upon over hearing a meeting between the 8 ninja lords and a Latin mobster name Jose Saldana he goes to Raizo in hopes for helping his former "brother"

Haru is the rightful heir of the head, of the fallen Ozunu clan. but she never believed in her families methods of training ninja and abandoned her title, living a life of her own in the outside world. However even still she is a deadly fighter and is very wise. When natsumi, a Hitori ninja comes to her in secret telling her of the 8 ninja's plans she goes in search for Raizo & this 'Tora' to give them her aid.

Natsumi is a member of the Hitori Ninja Clan. He starts off as an Antagonist . He is young and believes that he is the best ninja in his clan. He is vain to some extent and very lighthearted and playful. but one should not be fooled as he is dangerous. He is sent to spy on Tora and watch over Jose Saldana as to make sure he does not kill the girl before they can get to Raizo.

Jin Brother of Ina, and a medically trained Nin of the Kimura clan. He is fun loving and very playful in nature however he is also very skilled and equally deadly. He and his sister usual fight as a team against their enemies. Jin is less moral related than his sister, and thus feels less guilt for things that he does.
