Charlie is 21 and she believe's she is an only child. Her mom had her when she was 19 and it was a result of a one night stand. She was raised by her mom alone till she was 14 and then her mom started dating her step dad and they were married when Charlie was 16. That year her mom died leaving her with a stepfather who turned abusive with the death of his wife. At 19 Charlie finally had enough money to leave and never look back. She's tough but uncomfortable around men. She's sarcastic and music is the love of her life. She just wants to find a place to call home and friends/family that will love her for all she is.

Sylvia was 19 when she met Charlie's father. It was one night and after that they never heard from eachother again. When Silver found out she was pregnant she never told Charlie's father because she new he was married and already had a family. She didn't want to ruin that. She raised Charlie on her own and often it was difficult but she loved her daughter more than anything in the world. She got diagnosed with cancer in 1999 and died in 2006. She taught her daughter to be strong and love life.
