Born: April 11, 1989. Height: 5'9", Weight: 125 lbs. Mickayla Hammer is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman on her rookie campaign for the New York Rangers. During her junior career, she led the Vancouver Giants to a Memorial Cup Championship. She, then went on to play collegiate hockey for the Boston College Eagles from 2007-2011 and during this time, the Eagles won two NCCA National Championships in 2008 and 2010. Prefered to be called, 'Mickie,' she is an out-going, flamboyant character who sees herself as 'one of the guys.' As a player, she is a hard worker and tends to let her actions speak louder than words. Her uncanny speed and puck handling skills are what have gotten her this far, but she is always looking for somwhere to improve. She is also a team player, prefering to pass before taking a shot on goal and tends to become very protective of her teammates. She is camera shy and dislikes sitting down for interviews, but opens up as the season wears on. Her goal is to find her niche in the NHL and to become the best defensman the world has ever seen.

Born: March 21, 1989. She is a Boston College alumnus, majored in Radio Broadcasting and Public Relations. Better known as, 'Mandy', she is one of Mickayla's closest friends from BC and she agrees to move to Manhattan to explore the Big Apple with her. Mandy is fun loving and enjoys clubbing, but she has a promiscuous side to her that Mickayla often chides. Other than that, she is a mother duck toward Mickayla and trys to look out for her, but there are times when she over steps her boundries which might lead to the decay of their friendship.
