Zaida is muslim. She was dating a girl named Dakota before the apocalypse. Within all the chaos, the two became separated and Zaida went to the last safe place she knew: Her friend's cabin. She clings to the belief that Dakota is safe and uses that faith to try and save the world. She just hope she can get the zombies before they get Dakota.

Issa is African American. Before the apocalypse he spent most of his days on the computer. Issa honed his hacking abilities and without him, the earth wouldn't have the slightest possibility of survival.

Kali is an African American female trans. She is passionate, caring, and such a strong human being. Kali grows from all her experiences and uses them to help her friends.

Rooted by his father's social views, Rupert has always been seen as a negative person. To his father, being a true man was someone who put others down to keep yourself up. Now that the apocalypse is here, he's learning that yes, women are equal; Yes, sometimes you are born in the wrong body; Yes, black lives matter; And so much more. He's even learning how to be himself.

Paris' relationship with Bruce has seriously strained her friendship with Uma. The two were truly close until she became involved with Bruce. She's tired of Bruce and Uma's constant bickering and just wants everyone to get along. It's a little hard for that to happen when both parties believe the problem is the other's fault. Sadly, Paris can only take so much of playing the peacekeeper.

Bruce is Latino and currently dating Paris. He is in love with Uma, but he chose to date Paris to try and get closer to Uma. Although he's causing a large rift between the two, he's blissfully ignorant about his actions and believes he's in the right.

Clara is Latina and currently dating Machi. She was in med school to become a doctor when the apocalypse hit and now uses any information she was given to help her friends against the zombies. Clara has a bubbly personality, which can be hard to tell while she's putting a cap in a zombie's head.

Machi is Asian and currently dating Clara. She was going to college for building design. Machi's has never been one for violence. During the apocalypse, Machi would prefer to stay on the sidelines while tending to the mental and physical needs of her teammates.
