Neva (pronounced like never with an accent) Moore is the last of two remaining family members. When the Awakening happened she was drafted into an experimental program as was her sister, Raven. However, Raven died while in the training program leaving Neva to take care of their little brother Cornelius. Neva is tough on the outside but inside she's overwhelmed and in over her head. She has raven black and deep green eyes. Her outlook on life is pretty dark at times, but she tries to keep things light with her brother.

Cornelius hasn't really grasped the concept of what The End means quite yet. All he knows it that his mother, father, and older sister are dead and that he is stuck in a cramp apartment in an enclosed city with the only family he has left. Cornelius was blonde hair and blue/green eyes. He looks at the world in a completely different perspective than his sister, Neva.

Raven was killed during the training to be a Hunter. Her sister's perception of life has been altered since.

Declán O'Brien

Declán O'Brien was a foreign exchange student when the Awakening happened. He went through the program with Raven and Neva and was assigned as Neva's partner. Declán misses his home very much and is quite worried about the situation in Ireland but has been doing his best to keep Neva out of trouble. Cornelius is quite found of Declán and is constantly asking to spend time with the older boy. Declán is friendly and the most responsible of the group.
