Phoenix tries to be independent and hates to admit she needs help or was wrong. She doesn't trust well and avoids people as much as possible. The only person she is comfortable around is her younger brother Parker.

Phoenix's younger brother. After Phoenix is released he is the only family member still in town. Parker is very loyal to the people he cares about and is protective to his sister. He is very bubbly and eager to meet new people. He won't hesitate to fight anyone who hurts his sister or anyone else he cares for. He is very sensitive to how people feel. Works at Vengeance University as a graphic designer for the website his boss owns and for merchandise.
