Jacoby's life spirals out of control when he starts drinking. His wife leaves him and takes their two sons with her. His friends stop talking to him, leaving him to find new friends, who introduce him to heroin. He becomes addicted, which pushes him further to the edge. He is rude, loud, impatient and extreamly quick tempered. He doesnt think he needs help, but someone disagrees.
