She has only dreamed about falling in love with a rockstar since she was a little kid. Reese happens to be the one she wants. Her best friend is Denver. She loves him sure, but nothing more than a brother sort of way. She doesn't really remember why she wants this rockstar dream to work out or how it is, but she just knows that she wants it. Really bad. She isn't going to settle for just any rockstar. She wants someone who she can say is her 'soul mate'. She doesn't believe in first sight, but she always can be allured by how someone looks.

He is that guy who has to be sarcastic, but he is involved in bands. He is Oceana's best friend who introduces her to all sorts of rock bands to help her fulfill her wish to marry a rockstar. He is almost that voice of reason or the push that Oceana sometimes needs every now and then. He has never had a thing for her nor did she for him. They know how each other work far too well to do something like that or so he thinks. Somewhere along the lines he fell in love with Oceana without realizing it. When Reese comes into the picture, he doesn't know what to do with himself. He doesn't know how to tell her.

I am going to try to get to know him more." He is the guitar player for Lay Me Down, a rock band. He really isn't looking for a relationship when he meets Oceana.
