    NAME: Gaskarth, Alex D.O.B.: December 14th, 1987 Condition: Critical Illness: Severe Depression Progress Report: Alex does not play well with others. He's full of hate, and fear. Alex doesn't respond to direct questions and avoids speaking of his past. Alex spends numerous hours locked up in his room. He was relocated Feb. 21st, 2010 due to problems with his roommate. Alex shows some sort of interest in the patient in room 213. Alex doesn't participate in the support group and/or the music classes. Alex draws and writes on a daily basis. All bed sheets, blankets and pillow cases have been removed from his room due to previous attempts at suicide. Alex is not allowed to used razors, bathe, or eat alone. Nurse must be with him in use of sharp (or dull) pencils, paper, pens etc. Alex speaking is rare and unusual, unless his three friends ( Dawson, Rian- Barakat, Jack- Merrik, Zack) are around. Alex seems to be convinced he needs no assistance anymore. He's currently standing at three more years in the institute with slight change in attitude, four or five with none, or decrease. Alex has stayed for nearly his cap years, but may be held back longer than allowed.
