Matt is Alex's rock, he's the shoulder she cries on and he would do just about anything for her if it made her happy....although this isn't the case anymore. He and Alex haven't talked in 2 years and its killing him but his pride keeps getting in the way of making up with her... but he knows he has to do it before it's too late
