This guy will probaly be the most funniest person in the world, so why is he the Proseeking program. Well you see little ole' Carter was thrown into the most strict cadect school, his parents were hoocked on rock and wanted him to die a tragic dearh so they could get some change for more rock. And in that schol Carter had the most horrible time of his life but one thing he did learn in that place, is some wicked archery skills. He was almost out of the school when he ran outta arrows, just when he thought he was a goner here came Devon and Frank to save him from his death.

This boy has gone through many heartbreaks, and finds his comfort in death metal music. He has been in and out of foster home so many times it's hard to count, his mother was a teen when she gave birth to him, she didn't want him so she gave him up for adoption at birth.
