Lucciola is your average aspiring ballerina. Top of her class at dance school, she was soon picked up by the Royal Dancer's Troupe de Ballet, a company with its fair share of world class ballerinas. Unfortunately, nobody told her it wouldn't be that easy. For the last few years she spent most of her career being unnoticed, a corps girl fated to be 1/1000. However, this year marks her turning pointe, if you excuse the pun. Finally Lucciola has a shot, making her debut as the tragic princess Odette. That is, if vampires don't kill her first.

Harper is a corps girl at the Royal Dancer's Troupe de Ballet and Lucciola's best friend. She's a coffee addict, chain smoker, and has probably flirted with every man working at The Garden of Eden. She comes from a high class family, and though she exhibits some of the more frivolous traits of living in luxury, she is also a loyal friend.
