Greg House is a man obsessed with puzzles, answers and rationality. Everything in his world has to make sense, every story has to have an ending, every mystery has to be solved. Genius comes easily to this man, and his keen eye for diagnostics is unrivalled. He is a man of little moral standing, often using his disability as an excuse for his behaviour. Despite his misanthropy and general hatred of the world, he is considerably liked and even more respected by colleagues and underlings. His best friend is James Wilson, and the relationship can only be described as dysfunctional.
