Chanel was born to Marie and Travis Lynette on January 1st, 1978 in the infamous city of Paris, France. Her family had lived in Paris for decades, up until her parents decided to move to England for the purpose of serving Lord Voldemort when she was thirteen. Up until then she had gotten her education at Beauxbatons, where she was one of few students with dark wizards for parents. After their move, her parents continued sender her to Beauxbatons rather than Hogwarts simply because it was a 'filthy school for half-bloods and blood traitors alike'. When her parents were ***ed for unknown reasons she fled their mansion in Ottery St. Catchpole and began living on her own, going from place to place in search for a home. At the age of seventeen she enrolled in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a place she knew to be safe from dark wizards. Chanel is not only a witch but a Metamorphmagus, a person that can change their appearance at will (Nymphadora Tonks being the other only known Metamorphmagus in England).
