As a very young looking woman, Katarina often gets mistaken for a teenager. She has lived in Bon Temps for six months, running her own little clothing Boutique called 'Kat's Kingdom'. Not many people in Bon Temps have taken the time to get to know her properly but just judge her on her outer shell. Wandering around is her escape. She was originally from Stockholm but left when she was eighteen, moving to California with her parents. When her parents passed away a year ago she made the ultimate decision to move again. Katarina posses powers that even she doesn't understand.
