Alice was born a powerful telepath, but due to her mother's untimely death, became the object of her father's rage. At a young age, she met Josh Phillips and involutarily fell in love with him. Then he was moved away. She didn't see him again until freshman year, where they began a 2-3 year relationship. When she was 17, she found out he had been cheating with her best friend. Heartbroken, she tries to take her own life. The new kid in her school, Alex Gillespie saves her. She finds he is also a psychic and ends up falling for him as she tries to trace his hidden past.
