Bill was born on September 1st, 1989 in Leipzig, Germany. He has an identical twin brother, Tom, who is older by ten minutes. Bill showed an early interest in singing, as did Tom in playing guitar. The twins musical inclinations were noticed and they were helped in starting their own rock band. The year the brothers turned twelve, they met Georg Listing and Gustav Schäfer, in the audience of one of their shows. All four continued in the band until 2005 when they were signed by Universal Music Group's Interscope Records. Now they have scored four number one singles and have released three number one albums in their native country, selling nearly 5 million CD's and DVD's there. Bill's favorite musicians are Nena, Green Day, Coldplay, Keane, and Placebo. While his favorite television show is Prison Break.

Tom began to play the guitar at age 7, he owned his first real guitar at 9, now he owns 17 guitars. He is a fan of hip-hop music, his favorite artist to listen to is German hip-hop singer Samy Deluxe. Tom also is obsessed with baseball caps, he brings one luggage full of caps whenever he is on tour. He is multilingual, Tom knows German, English, and French. Also he owns a black Cadillac and his favorite television show is Scrubs.

Jessica was born September 4th, 1990 in Lindcove, California. She grew up in a small town of 400 people, so Jessica did not have any friends growing up. It was not until she started attending junior high school in another city where she started making friends. In junior high she met her former best friend Ashley and ex-boyfriend Matt. All three became really close, they were all each other had as they began high school. Once they graduated everyone found out what Matt had done to Jessica. Now years later Ashley and Jessica are college graduates. Jessica has brown hair, a nose ring, tattoos, and is a huge fan of Tokio Hotel.
