Spencer's extremely homophobic cousin. She has a humongous crush on Brendon Urie, and only comes around the Panic house when she needs money or a place to stay. She's extremely annoying and obnoxious, and doesn't know what's the lines of being "caring" to "nosy". She has a huge secret of her own, however. Ashley is a normal person, sometimes hypocritical, and darkness dappled with light.
