A.K.A. Detope or Phoe (pronounced like "fee"). She is the arsonist among the rebels. Her answer to everything is to burn it down. She has a fiery personality and is always looking for a fight. Her family has no idea who she really is.

A.K.A. Fierce. He is one of the leaders of the rebellion. He fights for freedom and helps train the other rebels for combat. He doesn't think things through and would much rather tear into danger without a second thought.

Quela Flint

A.K.A. Bloody Mary. Quela is one of the main assassins in the group. She has sight problems related to the bombing, but that doesn't stop her from accurately taking out her targets. She isn't permanently blind, but wears a red blindfold so her distorted vision doesn't distract her.

A.K.A. Lia. She is the mediator and optimistic one of the rebels. She doesn't enjoy fighting, but will do it for what she believes in. She isn't an official leader, but helps Gabe make plans.

A.K.A. Gabe. One of the leaders of the rebels. He is the thinker of the group and always tries to have a plan. He partners himself with Lia often because the two are opposites. Gabe assists in training the others.

One of the leaders of the rebels. He is mostly reserved, but is the best fighter in the group. He isn't afraid to take anyone down. He spends a lot of his time with Quela, making sure she is accurate every time.

Phoe's brother. He keeps to himself a lot of the time, but is highly suspicious Phoe is up to no good.

Maeve Fierce

A.K.A. Mae. She is Logan's older sister and a doctor at the local hospital. She is the neutral party in her family and keeps her opinions to herself. She constantly gives Logan advice hoping he follows it, which he does.

Nolan is the head of the government in the area. He takes great pride in himself and his accomplishments. He is addressed as "Mayor" but that is not his official title. He knows Logan is a traitor, but doesn't say or do anything about it.
