Very sweet, and very beautiful. Has a fey like charm about her eyes, she always looks likes she into mischeif. Mother died giving birth to Lily, and Rosie stepped up to fill her shoes. The family does not live well, but its apparent they did once. Only Rosie really remembers the spendors of being a part of the upper class, the two girls were too young to recall. The house they live in is run down, and there is no longer a staff. The small manor is upket by the two older girls, but mostly Rosie. She tends to the mending, the cooking though she is teaching Aster, and the cleaning. Even with that, she still manages to do odd jobs throughout the town to keep food on the table when Olivier is gone. There is an older woman in town, the mysterious Matilda, who took a shine to the sweet girl and will show up with food every chance she could. She lived on the edge of the woods that seperate the town from the castle. She was called a crone, because she oozed with magical energies, but she was kind and loved Rosie like her own.
