Born on the Japanese mainland, Hayete Masayuki was inducted into the Shogun's personal enforcers and bodyguards, the protectors of Japan, as they were described by the Shogun. This group, known as Kage, was filled with powerful fighters from all walks of life, Hayate being the most normal human samurai among them. He was skilled with a blade and trained to hunt from a young age. He has no special upbringing or blood connections, however, he is capable of taking down your average samurai with little effort. He loves tea and dumplings, along with training. Hayate is known as the Black Crow of the group Kage.
