Bridget is the most experienced and cool out of her friends, Izzie and Ella. She has an older brother called Sebastian who is in a band with Marcus. Bridget is easy going and the most socially confident of the trio. She doesn't have a problem making an effort, unlike Ella, but doesn't try too hard, unlike Izzie. Recently, she has begun to question Izzie's behaviour, disapproving strongly of Izzie's recent sexual activity with Andrew Foreman right in her bed. Bridget neither smokes nor takes drugs, even though she has a great deal of access to both .

Izzie is spoilt, driven and always gets her own way. She is passionate about music and actively tries to meet her heroes although she did have an albeit brief ephipany when meeting her current obsession Citizen Deranged in Chapter Three. She loses her virginity to a boy she meets that night called Andrew Foreman infamously in Bridget's bed. The mattress is ruined - a symbol of how Izzie desacrated the relationship between herself and Izzie. Until Izzie makes an effort to replace or repair the mattress, their friendship cannot be the same as before. Izzie lives with her Dad, Dominic Valentine, and his new girlfriend Serena. Serena, in an attempt to make Izzie like her, bought her striking new stilettos although her Dad did not approve. Izzie is trying to form a dub step band, purely for the nu-rave statement and fashion that she wants to be a part of. She pretends to be a lot more knowledgeable on subjects than she actually is, a trick that Ella, never Bridget, always is taken in by. Izzie has known Ella the longest.
