The Lonely Phonecall - Comments

I’m here from comment swap, and I have to admit to knowing just about nothing about country music, so I’m not sure if this is supposed to fanfiction or not? But either way it’s a very nice, syrupy sweet story about missing your family while being away from them. I liked at the end that you acknowledged that the music was a really big part of his life even with his family, since I always find it weird when characters have no interests outside their family.

This is so sweet in a sad kind of way. I don't fully understand why they're separated, but that might just be me. Either way, it's written very well and I like it. You did a good job of describing emotions through the words and I could almost feel everything that was going on right along with them. :)

Aw, that was sweet. Country music has a tendency to inspire sweet things such as that. I wrote a few one-shots myself based off of country songs. They are very inspiring to me. Good job.
