Where Is Your Boy Tonight? - Comments

  • Holy crap! I'm going to admit, I forgot about this story. So after rereading it and the new chapter on the bus home from college, I realised how much I actually like this story! You MUST update again!

  • Oh! I'm late to the party again! Seems like this isn't being updated again either! :(
I love the way you've portayed Lee in this.
I love your stories and your writing!

  • I'm aware that this is long overdue, and I apologise for that and also for how crap my comments always are.

This chapter was brilliant; you portray Lee really well so as to make us feel sorry for him without making him look overly pathetic or annoying. It was really cute how you did things like making him get mayo instead of yoghurt, and his definition of cleaning. It's very endearing how much he's thought into Ian's excuses too; like he's been trying to find some way in which Ian's been telling the truth, but everything he comes up with just shows Ian as more of a liar.

Having said all that, I probably haven't 'got' it in the slightest. I suck at interpreting things the right way. But I figure it's better than not commenting at all, right?

  • Oh wow :XD

Aww. Lee's just lovely. I feel so horrible for him, especially with Ian being such a blatantly bad liar. It almost seems crueler that way. :\

You developed his character very well, he seems to worry about what other people would think a lot more than someone like Jamie, or even Stu, would. He's sweet.

This is a shit comment, sorry, and it doesn't do the chapter justice as all >.<

It was very good though and I really want to read the next bit. :D

  • It was a little all over the place, I'll admit, but i really think it works. I don't think Jamie's life really flows all that well and it seems like anything can happen, so the structure of the chapter really showed that well.

This gave a pretty good insight into how both Stu and Jamie work. Jamie's used to pretty much everyone just knowing and wanting him, and is willing to let them have him (at a price). Even Stu has to put up with what Jamie does for a living just to be able to call him his boyfriend. Even though i think that's a pretty loose statement.

I feel bad for Stu. It's like he has to repress all the worries he has over Jamie so he doesn't upset him or maybe even lose him. He just seems desperate for Jamie to be at ease with him and is kinda coming across like he'd let Jamie walk all over him. :\

This was written very well and just the way you worded the chapter was awesome. Well done :)

  • This was very good :)

It shows that Stu is insecure yet still wants Jamie more than anything, which is sweet.

  • This may end up being quite short because it's only a short opening. Really great opening though, it sets the scene of things to come. It worked really well being this length, in my opinion. I really like the name of this story, it really suits it well.

I liked the reoccurring theme of "sometimes". How sometimes, he thinks Jamie loves him and sometimes he thinks Jamie hates him. I get the impression that they've got a pretty on/off relationship and Stu's scared of saying anything because despite the fact that Jamie has a lot of sex and this is something about Jamie that Stu hates, he really does love him, and he doesn't want to lose him.

It's really obvious that Stu is really worried about Jamie, and the sad thing is that Jamie doesn't seem to care. "It's just sex". I think thats what hurts Stu the most; Jamie's casual attitude towards sex. It's like Jamie thinks it's a good thing to do.

I'm definitely looking forward to reading more. In Love

  • That's amazing! In Love
I love how, dispite everything that Jamie does, Stu still can't help but love him. It's really beautiful the way you wrote it. And how much it hurts him that other people might damage Jamie even though it's Jamies fault. It's like Stu wants to wrap him up and protect him and stay with him forever. It's so perfect, it's just how love is supposed to be (gosh, was that my inner hopeless romantic making a break for freedom? :tehe: ). Now if only Jamie could love him back that strongly...

    Fantastic start :cute:

  • Oohh!
    I like this!

It's great to see a story with Stu in =D
And it's good to see a story about Jamie where he's not the nice one.

  • Oh Stu :/

It seems he really does love Jamie, thoughts about him seem to consume him entirely. Wondering what Jamie does and how he feels about him, whether he even loves Stu, considering what he does.

Jamie comes across as having a hell of a lot of confidence, which isn't surprising, but he might seem to be kinda arrogant, y'know, thinking its fine that he's having sex with all these other people and he can do whatever he wants. It is his life, and Stu shouldn't run it...but y'know...some morals !_!

    :XD

Awesomely written, evne though its short. You got a lot of important information into something quite compact. Tis good.
