erm.........how come every story I read, has been discontinued? so yeah.....ermm....you really need to update..........I wanna know what happens next. L8ers!
Meh, I thought the confession scene was a bit too cliche. I really hate it when the scene comes out like that. It was...I dunno. Alice's acceptance of it was a little cliche too. But meh, its your story. I just didn't like that part. The rest of it was brilliant. The tie, the ice cream, "I have this thing called money that can be traded...."
I think it would have been better if he just touched her hand or tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled or something. And she blushed and then wrote "Do you think he meant me? That'd be so awesome! Creepy, but awesome!"
I've finally gotten a chance to read it and I'm in love with it! England I love that place and I want to go there sometime. She likes New York for the same reasons that I want to visit it. I love old mansions and her bedroom sounds so beautiful. And the relationship between her and the Prof. is so interesting! I can't wait for the next chapter! :]
Before I read chapter 3, I was about to make fun of you for using David Tennant in the role of whatever character. Now I'm going to make fun of you for making David Tennant a character! xD
Can't blame you though. He's pretty hot. Now, onto business.
Loved the Animal Farm quote. The minute he said "Manor goddamn Farm" I was like "OMG Animal Farm!". Its one of my favorite books ever (my friends think its boring. gaah.) Hanyway, I loved it. Alice Burrows sounds a bit boring though. She's all in-detail about what she had for breakfast. Sheesh. Hehe. But I still love it. You know what? When she said she oughta give her diary a name, I actually thought of Anne Frank naming her diary Kitty and my mouth just kinda went "o" when you mentioned Anne Frank at the end.
You know I love everything you write. And this was amazing. I actually expected the character to be British so I was kind of surprised when I found out she was from New York.
I love the foreshadowing with the "huge, dirt cheap house" and how its full of old junk. Heart heart heart heart heart.
