    CLAIM!

I’m not in love with you, Linds. That would be impossible after three days, but I want to fall in love with you.
This wasn't the sentence that made me read the story to its end, but it surely is my favourite quote in the whole story. There's something so pure and simple attached to it that I can't help but want to fall in love with this way too simple, and yet too beautiful plot.

You made it sound so perfect in its too simple writing, and I felt like I was reading this story in Jacob's POV because of that. This is the fact that made me enjoy it this much: it was very clear and the words flowed very easily, almost dancing in front of my eyes. This is the unexplainable magic of some stories: they exist and fascinate us for what they are and mean.

The characters aren't too described or "exhibited", but I've felt like I've known them for a long time. Not exactly because it is a fan-fiction and I know what you mean with your plain description, but exclusively because their actions and reactions are as raw as I could imagine them. It's just that beautiful.

I don't know what your intention was when you created 'Jacob', but I almost felt like he was the main character. I think that he was there to make us see the world and this particular story through his innocent eyes of a child too in-love with fantasy and superheroes, but most of all I guess he was created to give us a reason to love this story and all these characters. He was my favourite and in my point of view the main character that we were all supposed to love and ‘aww’ at his words and behaviour, but the most important thing of all is that he was the reason that made the other two characters meet and want to know each other.

If it wasn’t for Jacob, would she ever meet him? We’ll never know, and because of that I am glad that you created Jacob’s character, instead of just giving the guys an occasional meeting and a casual way to know the other. It was as beautiful as a child’s POV can give us.

Thank you for this amazing story.
And good luck for the contest :cute:
