You were nice enough to recc this to me, so I figured even though this is suuuper old I'd comment on it.

I loved the poetry quotes throughout - it was so haunting. And I really loved the usage of his name Billie Joe Billie Joe Billie Joe. I dunno, I just really loved the style. Actually, I've noticed that in a lot of your stories - your style is so unique and it conveys so much emotion, I just love it.

i've read the vast majority of them, but I always come back to this one for some sort of inspiration.
It's so fucked up, it really is. It's just so honest, too.
I know I've commented this before, but it deserves so much more attention than this. I think any person who even want to think of writing a standalone- they should read this. It has all the right elements.

The ending is so sudden, and it gives you the sudden feeling that you're falling off of a cliff, but you don't remember ever walking off of land.
I guess that's the only thing I can compare it to.

I know that you know you're amazing, but this story has inspired me in many, many ways. I just thought you deserved to know that.

the ending does seem kind of melodramatic... but in a good way.
i, too, feel like i've lost someone. i really fell in love with the billie in this story. normally people just throw you into it and expect you to know everything, but you explained it all. i love this so much...

i'll hold this story close to my heart, even as dorky as that sounds, i will.

I'm glad people like this story. I'm always kinda rolling my eyes at the ending. Like 'Dru, why did you do that? It's so melodramatic.' So I'm glad you guys like it.
