Good job on the Spanish in chapter 21. That is the correct translation. As soon as I read it, I laughed, and then laughed again when I realized she wouldn't likely understand it. (I hate correcting people, but I do have to say that leaving out accents and tildes (the squiggley on the n) can make a word mean something else. Carina is just a nonsense word without the accent, but si means 'if', while sí means 'yes.' At least it's not as serious as one boy I know, who said 'mama' instead of 'mamá.' The first means breast, versus mom. :D Sorry, again, about corrections...)
On to better things! Oh silly girl, stop avoiding Gabe. He'd be good for you! And Gabe, stop being so cocky... you'll get more from her if you be nice, for goodness' sake.
I don't know if you care, but "so beautiful" is actually "muy bonita" when speaking about a female person... hermosa is usually used to describe a landscape, and tan is used when saying something is as ____ to something else. Like, ella es tan lenta como ella (she is as slow as she is). I know that this really isn't my place, so I'll hush now, and tell you that if you want a human translation and not a website, you can feel free to ask me. :)
ANYWAY! I love this story. She's so shy, and he's so brazenly bold. This will be epic.
You can use the spanish translator at spanishdict.com. It really helps when you're stuck doing spanish homework and are wayyyyyy too lazy to get your spanish dictionary. Lol. Great chapter by the way! Great story, great chapter! :)
I dunno why, but I felt like that would have been a good addition to the end of the chapter, like if there were background music, that would have been it.
