Just as far as first impressions go, I have to admit that I found the disclaimer to be unnecessary. They’re not required on the site, I’m aware that you don’t own famous people, and it just detracts from the actual summary of the story because it’s too much clutter.

Moving on to the actual content of the story (I’m only commenting on the prologue), I am intrigued by the premise of the story, but I did dislike how it seemed like you were painting the adoptive parents in a negative light, just because it seems like in every story that involves adoption does that, and that’s not really realistic at all. As far as concrit goes, I did notice some grammatical errors, the flow was choppy at times, and I felt like your transitions could use a little work. Other than that, I enjoyed reading the story, and I wish you luck as you continue :)

I love the idea of your story, and how her "parents" had lied to her and never told her that she was adopted despite her being nineteen and possibly years past being ready to learn the truth. You should take a look at your grammar and spelling, however; you have run-on sentences and use apostrophes where there shouldn't be any, and sometimes your sentence structure is a bit difficult to follow. Keep on writing and trying new things, and you'll continue to improve a lot! :)
