I love this story. It's good to see a story about some one other than Crosby. Mike and Alex are so adorable....they're typical guy friends. Having her make them dinner and spyin on her and Brooks.I hope some thing happens where Brooks realizes that she's the one for him. Since he's her penguin. The part where she was being carried through the airport was amazingly funny.

Okay I'm done rambaling! Can't wait for an update!

Oh, Mike and Alex playing matchmaker! It's adorable. If hockey doesn't work out for them, they can just start a business, haha! And, the whole thing about the emperor penguins and the perfect match! That was like the sweetest thing ever. Even if he learned it from Happy Feet. But, at least he did his research afterwards! I'm looking forward to seeing this girlfriend of Brooks. And, then watching as he breaks up with her and gets with Julianna, haha! Can't wait for more!

Mike Green is killing me - seriously, I started cracking up when he talked about the penguins.

And so the plot thickens! Things are finally set in motion, I see... :)

Penguins are like, one of my FAVORITE animals (and not because of the team) and it's a little sad when I read this and got a bit giddy upon seeingFICTIONAL Mike Green all knowing about Penguins. Aww as creepy as it is that Alex and Mike are stalking her basically it's cute that they are trying to get Brooks and Julianna together! The penguin comment made me smile -- so cute. Now I'm totally curious as to seeing what these two boys are up to and how they plan on getting Julianna and Brooks together. Great update!

Finally a Brooks Laich story - and a good one at that! Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but this is the only one I've seen, so I'm pretty excited. :)

Okay, them sitting on the porch all wrapped up in the blanket/eachother was ADOREABLE. *Sigh*

And okay, the team of Ovie and Mike was classic! I can't wait to see the things those two have up their sleeve.

And TGS, staring at the naked girl in the tub. That was funny, lol! Too bad Brooks didn't act on his chance!! Oh well. But, I guess cuddling in bed made up for it!!

He needs to break up with his gf, like, pronto.

Okay, I know I've said this before, but Brooks is seriously the perfect guy! He has overthrown Tanger for that honor!

And, I love Mike and Ovie in this story. They are absolutely hilarious. I am still laughing at the mental picture of them crouching in the bushes, spying on Julianna and Brooks! And, I love how she fixes them dinner afterwards!

Oh, and the bath! It's a good thing he cleaned it! And, I could totally picture him getting all flustered and leaving the bathroom quickly.

And, how sweet was it of him to have everything ready for her to go to bed. And, then to let her sleep with him! I have to admit, a part of me was hoping something would happen when they were sharing the bed together, haha. And, I'm with Julianna, I'm hoping that this girlfriend is actually a fake that Brooks made up since he can't admit his true feelings to Julianna.

And, here I go with a super long comment again! But, just one more thing. Don't worry about not getting this chapter up last night. It wasn't too long of a wait. I've went a few weeks without updating before. Now, that's a long wait, haha! But, I can't wait for the next chapter, especially to see how she handles her first day on the job!

Aww this story is so cute. I like Brooks and Julianna's relationship it seems genuine and I think deep down they both have feelings for each other but are scared to potentially take it to the next level (here I go over-analyzing things). Alex and Mike were entertaining with their constant questioning and giving her lots of attention -- perhaps it's a way to make Brooks envious? Either way, it's a great little story and I really like your style -- taking your time with things. =)

And, that's only because I'm still holding out a chance that she'll see that Brooks is completely in love with Julianna and try to help them get together. But, more likely, she'll be jealous of Julianna and try to sabotage their relationship. And, then I'll hate her.
