I kind of thought John would show up during the wedding too, either to apologise and walk her down the aisle, or to ruin it and try and talk her out of it. I'm pretty glad he did neither though and left all the important people who loved them to be there. The wedding was sweet, and they're such a sweet couple. I'm going to miss this story but I'll definitely be checking out the new ones. :)
During the wedding part I was kind of freaking out because a part of me had a feeling that John was going to show up. Thank God he didn't. I loved the happy ending they deserved it. =]
Whew. I think I held my breath the whole time, waiting for you to have John show up and object. Aw, I loved that ending. They were so cute and sweet. Hell, I just loved the whole story =]
I totally thought John was going to show up. Ah well. *cringe* I don't know why or how I hate weddings as much as I do when 99.9% of women plan them from the time they are old enough to understand what a wedding is... It makes me laugh. The ending was cute. I'm glad everyone was there to see them get married! I loved this story, Erin! <3
Sorry! I've been so busy lately. But okay, here we go.
First chapter 17:
AWE! A wedding on Christmas! I find that absolutely adorable. And Ughhhhh. WTF IS UP JOHN MCDONOUGH'S ASS?? Seriously. I wouldn't want him at the wedding anyways. He'd just be all "I object!" And be a douche and ruin things. No happiness there. He is a big cloud of unhappy. I love that Marty is trying to make things right, because he's just a sweetheart like that, but John can go suck a nut.
And chapter 18:
AWE. That was like....so perfect. I was afraid John was going to come anyways and ruin things, but I was really happy he didn't. It's the end already?? Wow. It just seemed like this whole story just started! I'm definitely going to miss it! I loved the ending so much. Great job!! =D
Aww, that was beautiful. I'm glad everyone that was important was there. Screw John, he's ridiculous for disowning his daughter like that. But, she doesn't even need him. She has Marty and everyone else. I'm really going to miss this.
I was reading part 16 thinking they were crazy and going to regret the eloping idea so I'm glad they decided to have a proper wedding. And on Christmas as well, how sweet. I hope John realises how stupid he's being and turns up at the wedding to surprise Nat. We'll see. If not, I hope Marty makes it a very happy day for her. I can't wait to read the wedding, even if it is the end!
I'm still bummed they didn't elope. Weddings are stupid. I can't believe John is still a dick. LAME. Nat deserves to have her father at her wedding. I can't wait until the last chapterrrr! <3
I know I said I kind of wanted them to elope, but this is good too ! She deserves to have the wedding of her dreams after going through everything that she has in her life. Nice update <3
Heh. Not gonna lie, I breathed a sigh of relief there.
I want them to get married, but I'm glad they're going to wait and do it according to their "dreams". It's sweet. AND MARTY. GAWD. Could that man be any more perfect in this story, Erin? Like, it boggles the mind. But I really can't see him being any other way.
Ahhh, yes, I'm so glad Marty did that. As much as they wanted to get married, it would be better if they were around the people they know and love. So, with that, I can't wait for their actual wedding. More soon. <3
Aw, even though you pretty much told me they wouldn't be eloping, I was still hoping they would! See, to me, a big wedding is stupid. Eloping is like, the most romantic idea ever, really. Nobody there, just you and the person you love. *dreamy sigh* Even better if its in Vegas by Elvis! (Hint hint, be on the look out for that... *cough*)
I loved it, though! Sweet that Marty wanted to give Natalia her dream wedding!! <3 More soon!
Darn, I was really looking forward to John's reaction to their elopement. I'm glad she didn't freak out and take him saying no the wrong way though, that would've been disastrous. Actually, I'm kind of surprised you didn't write that...we know how much you love your drama =]
I'm pretty glad he did neither though and left all the important people who loved them to be there.
The wedding was sweet, and they're such a sweet couple. I'm going to miss this story but I'll definitely be checking out the new ones. :)
