Gone Yesterday - Comments

Im just in awe. Its taken me forever to get around to reading this. I just am completely lost... but amazing ending... im just too simple to make any sense of it!

Okay.
1. The pool is a reference to chapter 33 of Under Fictitious Skies. In that chapter, it's almost dream like, both Hayley and Josh have this dream like state where they end up almost drowning in a swimming pool. In all actuality it's Hayley's vision of the future except the future and past are blurred together.
The desert is from chapter 24 of Gone Yesterday. It's during the birth of Hayley's twins. She has a vision type of ordeal where basically she finds out what really happens to her dad and she also talk to her yet to be born daughter.
It's hard for me to explain. Go back and read both chapters for a better understanding.

2. Hayley's hard headed. No real other reason.

Don't feel the need to just go on confused. Questions mean you're interested!!!! :)

Hugely climactic (climatic?) ending there... And wow. So, you said you were expecting questions, but as there are so many questions that could be asked, I'll ask two, if I may:
1) What pool?! What desert?! What is she talking about?!
2) Why did she refuse so many times to his proposals?

Just 'cause these seem like the easiest questions to answer.

I am so glad Josh was there when she got back at the end. And I think it's fairly safe to say I was completely surprised when she got out of the car. I was like 'Oh shit, here it comes... No!!! - Wait... she wasn't in the car!!'

Well, you're not the only one who is upset about the Farro brothers leaving. I kind of feel stuck now with my Josh Farro fan fic... I feel like I really have to finish it now.

Anywho, LOVELY CHAPTER. Well, the babies are lovely. Tabitha isn't. Tabitha can go in a hole and die or something... GOSH I HATE HER. Josh and Hayley are meant to be!! (Well, maybe just in this story.)

Oh, it's not a rumor. There's a blog posted on paramore.net stating that the Farro brothers are in fact leaving.
I re-read it about a hundred times because I thought over and over that it was a) a really bad joke or b) someone being a little high when they wrote it.
Unfortunately, it was none of the above.

Moving on, awesome update, dudette! Totally amazing and heartbreaking and Tabitha you stupid bitch and Josh you had better be waiting outside of Hayley's door refusing to eat or drink or sleep until you make up with her because if you're not being the devoted 'husband' I am going to kick your ass (even though I should already be kicking it for leaving the band that made you famous).

Apparently it's just a rumour. The band had internal issues and cancelled their European Tour. They are not broken up.

Well, I have to go back and read this chapter again because I am still VERY shocked that the Farro brothers rolled out. I discovered this lovely tidbit of information through the disclaimer/status/whateverit'scalled bar at the top of the page, and I just had to go verify this information and get my heart ripped out. So I was in a little bit of a fog when I read this, but even distracted, this chapter was awesome. I can only imagine how good it will be when I am no longer shocked beyond belief. Keep up the good work!

Seriously, emotional rollercoaster going on here or what? That was awesome, Lauren, seriously, seriously awesome. Like, my heart is still thundering in my chest type of awesome.

Honestly, it was very surprising to get this e-mail saying you'd updated... I was ecstatic. And after reading that wonderful chapter of excellent writing, I'm still ecstatic and the adrenaline is still pumping through my veins.
So yeah, I'm gonna say it again.
It was awesome.
You've spent so long on this that I hope you have enough inspiration to see it through to the end.
And that was some weird, though undoubtedly creative, Hayley thoughts once she got to the hospital. They were intriguing and captivating. And Josh's panic was really well done, at least, it seemed truly realistic to me.
So this was long, but I just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed it!
