i was feeling like Carolyn had enough of Bert &+ his lack of attention &+ love for her. that's why it was so easy to move on. Jeph, in my mind, had liked Carolyn for a while &+ wanted her to stop wasting her time.

what I meant was that Bert had become more &+ more addicted to drugs over time &+ that 4 years ago he still showed compassion towards his girlfriend, before drugs completely took over his life. memories took place when he still cared for her, not only the drugs.

she had also had feelings for Jeph for quite some time, is what i was thinking. i should've made all of this more clear previously. i apologize.

To me it feel likes Carolyn just sort of passed up Bert and moved on to the next best thing. Yeah, I know that she loves him and he loves the drugs, but I didn't like the idea of her constantly hanging around Jeph and acting like they did anyways. To me it seemed like Jeph should have known that Carolyn was with Bert and he should of backed off.

Then you say that Bert has been addicted to drugs since he was fourteen, that was eight years ago, they had been dating for four years, and that at one point in time they were happy. When? If he was doing drugs this whole time when did the good memories take place?

Anoher addition to Carolyn leaving Bert, how is she already in love with Jeph? She just broke up with her boyfriend of for years that she apparently was in love with, but then she forgets all about him and starts cuddling up with Jeph!

I'm sorry, but this story seemed very unrealistic. But I did like that Quinn was carrying a cantaloupe, I thought that was random and cute.

This is so cute. I love Bert like a brother... and sometimes also a slutty sister. But this was still so awesome. I love reading about The Used. They are my favorite band but I can't write about them. I can never depict them correctly so I just don't.
