First off, I have to thank you for joining my pre-write contest! I just remembered that I said I would read and comment on them when they were received, which of course, I failed to do. But I guess, here I am now.
This was very cute. I'm more of a Boston Bruins and Chicago Blackhawks fan though, and I'm not into the Red Wings, but that's okay. Being a Hawks fan, I loved the involvement of Kaner! I really liked what he said to Henrik about Kara. The whole "I can see just by the way she looks at you that being with you would make her very happy. Don’t screw it up, because if you hurt her, I’ll kill you." quote was fantastic.
All in all, this was a good story! I will announce the winners once the contest has fifteen entries. (Nine more people need to join.)
