This was...interesting.

I don't really want to think of my favorite band just dying off like that (even if they will pass away one day), but I like the point you were trying to put across. Whether they are still touring in their 40s or not, at least they have the memories. When it all comes down to it, they're the only thing you've got when it's your time to go.

That was beautiful. And sad. And true. Sadly, truly beautiful. Just... wow.

I've felt something like that before. It scared the crap out of me, but the fact that I had that bond with someone made up for losing them. I'll remember them up until I pass on. This depersonalized it enough that I could actually deal with it. Thank you.
