Wow, I'm amazed at the amount of wisdom one person can have. I seriously got more from this one guide-thing than I've got from anything, really, in my life. It's something I know I'm definitely rereading when I feel down, I wish I found it sooner.

If I may recommend a band I discovered last year that makes me feel awesome, I highly suggest you listen to The Rumour Said Fire. Start with The Balcony, and if you like it, go from there. Also, Frank Turner, who is an English folk-punk-rock musician and is my favourite artist hands down. He's got some really insightful songs, and I just love him.

I just got the update email for this, and I read down to 'Let me tell you about Homestuck', and would be weird if I said I was actually at an English Homestuck meet literally two hours ago? So cool to see the fandom being so far-reaching and global. My favourite song is the barbershop version of Midnight Crew, but I have a soft spot for the Alternia album too.
I'm sorry to hear stuff's been harder for you lately. I remember reading and rereading this so much when I was younger and it always cheered me up no matter what. I hope you carry on feeling happier soon!

I'm a new reader to this story but it's gripped me a lot so far. I stayed up half the night last night reading it, because not only is it enjoyable but it's hooking too.

I really adore your honesty through-out and it must be extremely difficult to write about some of the things that you have gone through.

I have a gigantic collection of origami cranes I randomly make when I'm bored, and I lost count after fifty.

I love the way my boyfriend smells. Lilli and I always tell him he smells Romanian (cause he is. Sexy huh? xD) cause we can't pinpoint exactly what it is he smells like. And when I was at his house, I was looking at his products, and not one of them smells exactly like him. Maybe it's a combination of all of them... maybe it's just him.

I collect badges. I have a bag, an MCR bag, that I got free from RealGroovy when I bought Three Cheers, and aside from the bit where it says The Black Parade, the whole of the front is covered in badges. And I've got another half a dozen that I haven't even put on yet.

I love this chapter... I think I actually love it most out of the whole bunch. Cause it's like... everything I think. People just spout whatever they're told. I wish life was simple. I wish "he" could be that simple... instead, he's leaving me in limbo and I'm wondering whether he likes me at all. The way he held my gaze yesterday and seemed to be speechless for a moment. How he tried to make a good impression for my dad... God god god. I wonder if I'm reading too much into it.

I'm a veggie, but not one of the healthy ones. I eat a shitload of cheese and eggs to get enough protein. Although, having said that, living in England we have this awesome meat alternative called Quorn (I dunno if you have it in the states). It's a type of fungus, and it tastes a lot like meat, plus it's really high in protein, which is rad. I eat too much chocolate though. Although having said that, I'm one of those veggies who doesn't eat gelatine, so that keeps me away from a lot of the sweets that I'd otherwise be pigging out on, like haribo and marshmallows. (BUT I MISS MARSHMALLOWS! xD)

The last couple of days, I've been away from home with friends, seeing Lostprophets. And I've eaten pizza every single day. For three days. There was a pizza place across the road that was cheap and open 'til 3AM, so it was just the easiest thing. But I haven't seen a vitamin in so long! I have braces, so it makes eating apples really inconvenient (I have to slice them up first, rather than biting them)... But I think I'm going to listen to this and try and eat a bit more healthily. I seriously need to, before I die of a heart attack from all the cheese xD

Love it. I myself have been a sucker for ice-cream most of my life, but I also love fruit. I agree that cucumbers are awesome. Like actually. I now fully feel like buying a cucumber tomorrow after school. (On another note, best thing to buy at the supermarket is a cucumber, condoms and lube. the look on the checkout chick's face is the best thing ever. Also good for shock value is a pregnancy test and a wire coathanger.)

I'm actually gonna go get some fruit as soon as I've finished writing this comment. Yom nom nom.
