I think Ephraim should get mad at her though. I mean, she did leave him for three months.
A little anger wouldn't be too out of place. But I think, if you chose to make him angry or not, the story will be amazing.

I really liked that chapter. You got it perfect, which means staying up that late/early was well worth it. Um, yea.

I don't think it's bad that you have a rant in the author's notes. And it irritates me as well when people subscribe but they don't comment.
