Buuuuuuut, that being said, I thought it was absolutely amazing. I liked how you incorporated the flashbacks throughout the whole thing as well as this chapter.

And LMFAO @ him getting me a bar tending job. Apparently I make one hell of a food service girl, because like 90% of the time in your stories that's what I do. (Brouwer=waitress, Johnny/Gordon=waitress, Tazer one shot= waitress, Grady= bar tender/waitress,....I'm sensing a pattern.)

Omg, I can totally see Grady being twitchy and impatient on the field, like "Come oooooon, give me a chance to be awesome."

Because he totally is.

“So, we have to talk.”

Aimee turned to him, taking a bite of noodles from her dish, “Ah, that doesn’t sound good. Are you going to kick me out again?”

“That’s not even funny,” Grady said, shaking his head and frowning. “You know I regret that more than anything."

Idk why I find this so amusing, because Grady's trying to be all serious, but I LOL'd so hard when I pictured his "That's not even funny -_-" face. LOL. I'M DOING IT AGAIN.

*Sigh* I'm going to miss this story!! It was so good and so sweet! The ending about killed me, (psh, like the rest didn't) and I like how you tied it into the song. Which I also love, btw.

I can't remember all our bromances either, but in terms of baseball I think you're the Mauer to my Morneau. And the B.A. to my Carlos. There's probably more, but I can't think straight either. Not running on two and a half hours of sleep, that's for sure.

I HAVE BEEN SUCH A MIBBA FAIL. But hopefully this reeled me back in, lmfao.

I was not amused by that break up scene. It should be illegal to break up with someone that gorgeous. Like, the girls he dates NOW can do it, but if I ever date him (PSHHH) it should be illegal to break up with him. (Gives me extra reason to be like "NO YOU CAN'T BREAK UP WITH ME I'LL GO TO JAIL")

“Give me one reason why I should come up,” She told him, wanting to intimidate him, show him how mad she was. But, Grady grinned down at her again, his smile making his dimples in his cheeks highly visible, and his hand grabbed hers lightly, she knew she had turned into putty and Grady had won, again. Sighing, she nodded and unbuckled herself, grabbing her purse from her lap and following Grady to the elevator.

LMFAO. "Give me one good reason." "..." "Kaaaay."

Grady groaned, too, but he did not sit down next to her. He moved to stand in front of her, and he bent down, grabbing her upper arms in his large hands, pulling her off the couch and into him. She grunted as she fell forward into his chest I GRUNTED. How attractive, lmaoooo.

Omg, see, I can't nap because I WILL NOT get back up. Number one because I just physically won't, and number two because I will mentally be like "I'M NOT FUCKING GETTING UP." So I can't be mad at Grady for over sleeping.

So, I know it's totally stupid, but I feel SO BAD about leaving Trevor high and dry in that restaurant. Like, I just LEFT. I didn't even make up an excuse or anything, I just walked out. So rude.

But so awesome.

She let her eyes scan the rather large room, before her gaze settled on Grady. His bare back was to her as he sat on a bench, a weight in his right hand as he did arm curls. She watched from the door of the room as his muscles flexed with each movement, and she decided coming to see him was a bad idea; a very bad idea. But then again, how was she supposed to know he’d be doing his work out in only a pair of basketball shorts?

Jesus. Fucking. Christ.

I re-read that part like, eight times before I continued on because it was just, so fucking amazing. MMMMM. Grady shirtless. And working out. Flexing his muscles. And glistening with sweat.

*cough*

“You’re dressed up,” He stated, his eyes clearly looking down at her cleavage. Most girls would be upset by such an action, but Aimee loved it, especially when Grady did it. He had seen all of her too many times to count, and the fact that he still looked at her like that when she was dressed only made her feel more beautiful, something he told her she was everyday.

It is so lame, but my heart flutters when I read this story. Like, it is FICTIONAL. And my heart. Fucking. Flutters. *siiiigh*

The way they first met was cute.
And, he carried her purse on his shoulder??? Is it sad that I think that makes him even sexier (but it may be because he's carrying Aimee along with the purse after SAVING HER LIFE, haha)
