Okay, well I won't lie and say I read the whole thing - it's long, and I'm kinda sleepy - but I did read the first chapters, which, I think is comment swapable with, no?
I like the idea of this story; you normally don't see this type of plot everywhere. :)
Also, I like how you don't make her into this totally emo kid or something, ya know? Despite the fact she's an assassin - I didn't see that at first, even with the title :P - she's still high-schoolish, which I think, was part of the intention of this story.

I saw a few grammar mistakes that you might want to fix (I just don't remember which ones they were :P ), but for the most part, your writing style seems very fluent and understandable.

Um, so I'm thinking of other topics to comment about to make this comment seem sophisticated and comment-swap worthy? :P
Ugh, so I'm blank. :P
On a side-note: I just want to say that I'm very happy that we pretty much comment-swapped; I found this story, and I get a comment out of it! :D

This is a really good story, it's written quite well and the idea is great.
I love the way whenever she has a mission she is simply told 'You are needed', and that's all.
You switch from informal writing to formal writing really well when you are writing the letters, and that's really affective and great!
I love the main characters, and I'm really interested to see what this Blue-haired man is all about! I've got a feeling he's up to something, and I love the way you have to figure out how to decipher his words!

The only constructive critisicm I have is that sometimes you forget to start each sentence with a capital letter. This needs to happen every time a speech is started, or even just a sentence. Otherwise, your story is great, and I can't wait to read more!
