ohhhhhhhh my god i love this! I love love love it! Hhaha, i don't even know if I can put it into words, you did something that is soooo original with a Patrick Kane story. Honestly, they're so routine, this is NOT one of those. This is unique- you took one of the youngest players and made him a father!? Nobody's done that with him- you made it work. Props, man, Props. It was great!

I think you did amazing with this. I'm a huge Kane fan, but reading this I just think its done so well. I really enjoyed it. I hope you keep up with the writing. good job! :)

Definitely turn this into a full story !

the whole idea behind it is amazing!
its so different than a lot of other patty stories and i adore it.
patrick kane with a little girl...as if i dont swoon over that boy enough as it is. now the though of him with a daughter and being all fatherly? ughh! i melted. and then i melted even more when he tied her shoes.
daddy pk is probably the sexiest thing ever. i seriously believe that now.
but for real...you should make this a story.

Very well done. So many of the Kaner stories are so juvenile they are hard to get through. This was great. Please consider making it a series. I want to know what happens next.

I really liked it! The way they met was adorable (if only Pat Kane would approach me in a resteraunt...damn.) and I liked how she actually had the balls to leave him and then it flashed ahead.
And okay, the vision of Patrick freaking Kane with a little baby girl is just about the cutest thing ever. Enough said.

So I've been stalking your profile for the last few days waiting for this, and I'm not disappointed at all.
I love the way they met -why can't that happen to me?- and then throughout the breakup I kept thinking that he'd just ask her to stay and she would like lots of other stories (I mean really, who wouldn't?!), but she didn't, and I admired her for that.
And then him having a child, I can totally imagine him being super adorable with her, and then really protective like with his sisters when she grows up.
And the ending, cute! I wouldn't have minded if there wasn't a happy ending, sometimes I like a sad ending, you know? And I think you set it up nicely so it could be either sad or happy.
Anyway, this is getting long now. I really liked it, and you need to post those other stories, too!
P.S. I hope you get the moped back soon.

Oh Pat being a douche and then completely redeeming himself by taking care of his little girl. Adorable. while at the same time it's hard to see him being a Dad.

I liked that they both moved on and learned to be without each other and then ended up meeting up again.

I think the only thing that bothered me was when he was holding her and you mentioned his Armani suit jacket it took away from the moment a bit. But that's about it.

Anyways, back to this story. I felt bad for Mackenzie. And, my heart broke as she was planning on moving out, and her and Kaner were both crying, knowing they couldn't live without each other.
And, he's now got a daughter? While in my mind that's a little weird (at this point, at least. I know it was 4 years in the future, so that makes it better in my mind), I could totally see him being an amazing father. And, you know his kids are going to be a handful, but they're also going to be spoiled like no other, like having their birthday parties planned by a famed event planner!
And, as you well know, I'm a sucker for happy endings, so there's no complaints from me on the ending you gave it!
Seriously, that was so good! I can't wait to read your other stories!
