I mean, she obviously knew he was lying, but she didn't say a thing about it, and then he was just so extremely smooth that he's like, "Hey. Let's have coffee, aight?" Haha.

I just loved this. It had me grinning from ear to ear like an idiot.

Going to a coffee place after class just to mentally prepare himself for going home = something that I totally picture actually seeing. It's sad that, even though it's fiction, I assume that it's true; which makes me fall in love with only a character.
I guess that's a good thing though, right? It proves that you're writing is light years above the shit that some people put out.
