This is way behind... I'M way behind in this story, but I wanted to mention that I felt taken with this part that you wrote from chapter 6:

As the four sat around the table Gerard of course looked happy, he was smiling and listening to the conversation which was mostly between Alicia, Mikey, and Frank.

Inside of Gerard’s head was a completely different story.

He was a depressed person so most of the things were, why am I even here? They would be having a better time without me. I just hold them all back. I hold Frank back. What the fuck is my problem? Frank deserves someone special, someone happy. Someone who doesn’t just want to give up and end it.

The pure pessimistic thoughts that were swimming threw Gerard’s head were slowly weakening his smile and pulling him further and further from the conversation.

I really enjoyed reading that chapter!
Like I've said before, each one just gets better and better!
I'm so happy Frank's awake!
