If This Were a Movie - Comments

I loved this, the diolouge was amazing and it was cute, it really did play out with a movie. It was very simple, easy to read and understand but not in a poorly written way. I liked how they didn't hook up at the end, it was realistsic, not sad and dramatic, just realistic. I really liked your characters and I liked how it was just a quick little shot into a few minutes in time, not a huge, in-depth story, just a scene. You should keep writting things like this.

Okay, first off, this is the first story based on pure dialogue that actually got my attention and didn't make me wish for descriptions, because I can actually picture the characters with the little information you gave about them, and I can easily see them both laying on the grass, and there are clouds, and it's a sunny day, but it's windy, and they both have jackets on, but the wind does not bother them, because they are too engulfed in the conversation.

They way you made this story work was just amazing; normally, in a story based on dialogue, I would be struggling to picture the characters, the surroundings, let alone the weather!

Really, this is a very unique piece and I love the simplicity with which it is written; the characters are so vivid and the conversation so realistic; I love the little quirks about them both and how well the title relates to the personality of Sam.

Firstly, I've never read a story like this one before.
Your use of dialogue was excellent and flowed very well.
I like that the sentences weren't choppy; but still sounded like an actual conversation.

In my opinion, I think that maybe a few strong vocabulary words would be cool, but I still like the story the way you wrote it.
I usually don't thoroughly enjoy stories that are worded simply, but you pulled it off and really wowed me.

Also, I found no spelling mistakes throughout the story.
Your grammar was excellent as well.
