He lightly pet and played with Charlotte’s unbelievably soft hair, feeling the wisps as they twisted around his block-like fingers, the vanilla aroma hugging his sense into a divine submission.

Yes, your French is wrong at the beginning. I spent like, 20 minutes trying to figure it out...Hahaha sorry, but from a francophone's perspective it was...awkward.

Anyway, I subscribed to this earlier and promptly forgot about it so thanks for updating! This is such a cute story. I'm happy you took the time to fully develop your characters, which is evident in the different personality quirks that are embedded within the narration. The omniscient perspective was a great choice, allowing the readers the necessary insight to see the developing relationships. Plus, you're just making everything so adorable! Who can resist?
