Oh my God, this was wonderful. I have yet to see Defiance, but you portrayed this so well. My great-grandma was in the Holocaust and in all honesty, she would've been very proud that people know the real story of what they went through.
    Wonderful job <3

    You are a fantastic writer, and I applaud you for painting such a perfect picture for this particular era. I happen to love stories that take place during WW2, so thats a plus(;

I agree with the people above me, firstly.

    Just...wow.
    You really blew me away.
You have such wonderful description, and amazing imagery.
I could see the girl in the bakery, the earrings, and everything.
I found absolutely NO grammatical errors.
I am highly impressed by this piece, and I really liked it.
I'm not usually one for historical fiction.
    This, however, is an exception.
    Awesome, awesome job.

That was so beautiful and wonderfully written.
Though there is one bit when her mother says "You a wonderful daughter." - you should be you're, unless of course you intended to write it like that (If you did, ignore that little bit :) ).
And also I really like how it was a romance, but Chasya and Zus never actually got together. I think that it makes the story sweeter and very touching.
Overall, an excellent piece of writing :)

I love the description in the story, and I like that the romance wasn't overdone or mushy - you fitted it in quite well. I think this is a very well-written story.

I agree with what the person above me said.
I felt like parts of it were a little drawn out, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good.
I thought the subject matter was interesting - I'll let you know though, when I saw a WW2 story and a romance...I was sure it was gonna be another "Jewish girl meets Nazi guy and they fall in love, despite the fact they really should hate eachother and would both be killed if they tried that in real life."
    This was refreshing :)
    Thank you.

You're descriptions in the beginning are absolutely wonderful. You painted a clear image of a girl at a bakery. The story you're telling is entralling, I really am enjoying reading every word.

I needed a moment of silence,”
    - Just thought you'd like to know that a period belongs here instead of the comma.

This story was so amazing. It was touching, and heart-wrenching. I loved the characters you created, it was a believable piece. Really, really amazing job with it.
