I wonder what would happen if you took my life, and coalesced it into one mass, like the dry blood stains left on the carpet in front of me from who-knows-what and who-knows-who.

At first, I saw the picture of the girl with a bruise. That made me wonder.

So then, I started reading. Coalesced...nice word choice. It reminds me of clay work. Great imagery.

It was until later that day that I really took notice to him. Sitting with our group, away from the crowd, he was smoking and watching colors explode in the sky. Sparks of red, white, and blue exploded into the black sky with a deafening crack. There were lights flashing in out of my perception, the feel of the cool, damp grass on my bare legs, and Steven's voice swimming in my head.

WOW.

Bold, to the point, and realistic. My stomach dropped as I read that. Emotions, the senses, and my soul sprang.

Lovely piece. Keep writing. You'll make it big one day.
