Contagious - Comments

This is a brilliant story. Granted, I'm all about that high school angst, because there's never any in my life, but this is brilliant. Excellent writing skills, as well. (We all know I'm a huge English nerd and adores at least an attempt at good grammar)
Also, sorry I found this so late. Better late than never, I suppose. I just really don't see much written about him, and so I jumped into as many stories as I could find lol.

So my friend said she read this story and told me to check it out and I read it all in one day. I couldn't stop reading it! And once I finished and went to comment on this I was astounded that you only had 23 subscribers!! This story was beyond amazing and you are such a talented writer!
Right from the beginning of the story I was hooked. The first chapter drew me in and I could just tell this story was going to be rad. I think what seperates this story from all of the others out there is it's so original! I have never read a story at all like this.
The way you described what they were feeling, Parker Martin and Paul especially, was increrdiable. I sometimes felt like those thinigs were actually happening to me because the way you described their thinking was so perfect that I could always connect with it.

I'm for sure going to read the sequel and check out your other work (:

Ahh that was the perfect ending! Cliche, but sometimes cliche is good! I loved reading it, and although I'm sad it's over, I look forward to the new Alex Gaskarth one! Well done on all your hard work!

Let me just say that this was one of my favourite stories on this site. I'm sad to see it end, but life goes on. I don't know if I would like to see a sequel someday or not. It ended with everything wrapped up quite perfectly (except for Paul, but he's bound to find himself a girl sooner or later. He's too cute to stay single for long).
But, as I said, I really enjoyed this story. It was very well-written, and you have a lot of talent. Be proud.

I strongly disliked that author's note at the bottom. I don't want it to be over that fast!!!
But I enjoyed this update. It was cute. If Parker's having issues with people discovering that she's dating Martin now, wait until he's famous too!!!
I'm excited, yet sad to find out how this story ends.

The next chapter is the last? NO!!

Oh good! I'm glad he came back!
But at the same time, I have to side with Ross a bit. I've been that friend that has to watch someone get hurt time and time again, and I get where he's coming from. I like the way you portrayed him in this chapter. Not everyone can forgive and forget so quickly.
I predict that Parker comes back for the talent show. Which will be soon, yes?
I really don't want this story to end lol.

I think I feel bad for everyone in this chapter. Poor Paul, for having to break up with the girl he has wanted for so long. And poor Parker, for being continuously jerked around from all possible angles. I even feel bad for Martin. But only a little. He brought it on himself.

So I've been reading this story for awhile. I don't know why I haven't commented until this point, because I adore it.
I have a few thoughts on this update. First, I love the way Martin is when he's alone with Parker. They're so cute! Next, I like that he's willing to give up Dallas for her (I really loathe Dallas), but at the same time, the way he said it just didn't sit right with me. To be so ready to drop the girl he's with just seems so... mean. But then again, Dallas kind of deserves it for being so terrible. Who would get mad that he wanted to help his best friends when they were stranded? So really ignore my earlier outrage; I would be upset if it was another girl. I'm okay with it because it's her.
Now update soon! I'm nervous and excited to find out what she says to Paul. You have to love the guy, but he's no Martin.
