Hm... so I'm beginning to think Joe might be exagerrating when claiming Denise blames him for Kevin's death. Because I mean... judging by the way everyone else is acting, she doesn't seem to be that way at all. If anything, she just wants to see him again. Maybe Joe just thinks this because he really just blames himself and is looking for someone else to hate him for what he did. :(
Either that or Denise displayed this side of her in front of him only. :/
Hm... and I'm starting to wonder about Jenna's intentions. Like, she tried apologizing, and even though it didn't work... she's still not leaving.
Great update, though. Can't wait for more! :D

Aww... you could tell how much Kevin meant to Joe in this chapter. :'( So sad. Also sad that he was blamed for his brother's death, too. What exactly happened, I wonder?
And... did he really hear Kevin talking to him? And what did he mean when he said Joe had something to live for? I mean, Joe shouldn't do that to himself, but... did Kevin mean something in particular?
Hm... and I assume that was Jenna in the end that he spotted. Well, she found him, like she wanted to. Can't wait to see what she has to say to him, though.

Aha, anyway... hm... so that's why she left Joe. But why would she do that? I mean, that's when he needed her more than ever and she just... told him it was over. :/ That makes me not like her character too much. :/ I mean, really. You could've approached it at a better time. But I suppose it's better than keep on going behind his back and cheating on him.
Joe seems like he's changed, now, though. With Sam. But if Jenna comes back into the picture... that might change things. Oh no! :(
I really hope it doesn't. Things were going so well with them, progressing and all.
Great job with the update though. It was a bit of a surprise to see a different POV, but you let us in on a few secrets.

But loved the new chapter. Aw, it's cute how Joe took her to that secret place. I guess you can't blame Sam's thoughts when she thought he might rape her or something, I mean, she's had a rough life. :( But Joe would never do that. :) He's just an old-fashioned type of guy. Most of the time, anyway, seeing as he's been somewhat of a partier in this story. :P

Loved the update! Sorry for the delay in comment. Great job with it, though, it was nice how Joe helped that girl out by giving her the money. As sad as it is to say, there are girls that young that have to sell themselves in order to put food on the table. It's pretty sad. So I kind of like how you kind of put the reality into the story. And hm... I wonder why Sam was sick? I'm sure you'll reveal that eventually. Overall, amazing update! Can't wait for more! :D

Okay, so... I finally caught up with reading this. lol. About time, right? Well, anyways, I absolutely LOVE this story so far! It is seriously... AMAZING!!! I like the whole plot you have going and the characters and everything. Well, except for the fact that I'm kind of wanting to change my name now... because the girl that broke Joe's heart name is Jenna... and that's my name too... but that's a common name, so... yeah. lol. Poor Joe, though, I don't like her for doing that to him, which is why I'm wanting to change my name so it isn't the same as hers. lol. Anyway, once again, this is seriously great so far! I can't wait to see what all else you have in store, and can't wait for more! :D
