The story is okay, but you should really make sure to reread and edit your work. Your grammar is bad and the writing is too strict and choppy. "I did this, I saw this, I heard this. I said "..." He said "..." I said "..." He said "..."
Try I looked up "..."
"...(his reply)"
I gasped, "..."
