first thing-

You MUST have anime in your mind when you wrote this! Seriously, I love anime, and I just get the impression of anime when I read this. You know, the japanese names, and all. I love how you did that, made it kind of anime like. It's great! And the words you use to describe things are good too.
I don't really like Shinki's name, I don't know why, but Mizuki''s name RULES!
You have to watch Cowboy Bebop sometimes. And Samarai Champloo.
Anyhow, I think it's cute how Vincent is all lik eAHHH I have no clue what sgoing on! And I want to know who just entered the coffee shop.
I think your writing, as you keep going, will keep getting better and better. So keep writing,'I'll keep reading.
Remember to describe the feelings of the characters as you go on, thats just a reminder- but other then that, it's great, it's funny, and I like it.
